FRIENDS OF HUMSHAGH SCHOOL

There is an active ‘Friends of Humshaugh First School Association' that plays a vital part in school life. Parents automatically become members once their children commence this school. A programme of events is arranged each year to include social and fund-raising events, together with educational workshops. 

These activities have established good relationships between home and school. Over the past years the life of the school has been greatly enriched by the generous support of parents.

Parents are also an invaluable help to us in running certain school activities, e.g. the library, as well as providing help in some classroom activities and assisting with the supervision of children on school outings.
